Refund Policy:

All virtual readings and live session costs are non-refundable. All fees are agreed prior to the reading. It is not spiritual or responsible to suggest that by being charged, you have been taken advantage of. You enter into a contract to pay for a service based on time.

In the rare event that Tarot AF (Anna Franek) is unable to read for a client, the client will be informed promptly, and no fee is payable. Please be aware that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, as your card details are handled by a third party.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice, for a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours notice of the booking time.

Reschedules:

Attempting to reschedule within 24 hours of your booking will be seen as a cancellation and is non-refundable.

Outside of the 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time, you can reschedule yourself through the online booking system.

Late Policy:

If you are running late to the session, let me know via email. I will wait 5 minutes for you (for a 30 minute session) and 10 minutes for you (for a 60 minute session), but if you arrive later than this, you forfeit the session and full payment is required.

Diversity and Inclusion Policy:

Tarot AF (Anna Franek) respects diversity in sexual orientation, social background, ethnicity, lifestyle choices, beliefs, religion, psychological challenges and physical ability. I retain the right to refuse services purchased for any reason, including if they go against my personal beliefs and moral compass, and will refund the purchase cost. I will under no circumstance perform work that is racist, transphobic, or misogynistic.
